Two lines are enough: the town, whether it is a villa or an apartment, how many bedrooms, and whether it is already let. We answer within twenty-four hours with an estimate and the next steps. We work in English and in French.
We do not take every property
We choose the owners we work with as carefully as we filter the guests who stay. If we cannot look after your property to the standard we promise, we will tell you at the first visit rather than six months later.
We manage seasonal rentals between Mandelieu-la-Napoule and Antibes, and inland as far as Mougins and Mouans-Sartoux. Beyond that perimeter we say no, because we could not promise to be at the property within the hour — and that promise is what we sell.
If you are buying rather than letting, ask before you sign. Whether a property can legally be let short-term, and what it can realistically earn, are questions better answered before the deed than after.
